The site was easy to use overall, and I found what I needed without much trouble. The checkout on my phone felt a little clunky though, with a couple extra steps that seemed unnecessary. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be smoother.

It works alright overall and usually seals fine, but every now and then it loses the seal. Not sure what it is, just something about it can be a little inconsistent.

Just a heads up for anyone using this site: it’s not terrible, and you can get around if you’re patient, but the navigation feels messy. I was able to find what I needed eventually, but it could definitely be more straightforward and easier to use...

"Pretty easy to move around"
I got mine from Avid Armor, i’ve been happy with it so far. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the weight isn’t as bad as I thought it might be, and I can move it around the kitchen without it feeling like a whole project.
It’s definitely not tiny, so finding the right place for it took a little figuring out. Still, it’s portable enough for how I use it. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish it were just a bit lighter, but overall it does the job fine.

My first reaction was relief. I needed a new gasket and a couple of small parts, and I was bracing myself for a hassle, but Avid Armor actually has replacement parts listed where you can find them. I found what I needed quickly and got it taken care of without having to buy a whole new sealer. Such a simple thing, but it really does make a difference. 5 stars from me...

"Pretty good for what I paid"
I didn’t want to spend too much, so I was happy with this for the price. It’s not super fancy, but it does the job and feels like a fair value for the money.

My order did arrive, but the shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t a huge issue or anything, just slower than what I’m used to. Overall, I’m glad it showed up, but the wait left me feeling a little underwhelmed
"Most of it worked, but one nozzle was a letdown"
I tried these with my bags and most of the accessories fit fine, so that part was okay. But one of the nozzles didn’t fit/work right, which was annoying and kind of took away from the whole thing for me.

"Warranty help was actually easy"
I had a small issue pop up with my Avid Armor sealer after a few months, and I figured I should at least check on the warranty instead of just trying to fix it myself and messing something up. i didn’t expect much, but they got back to me quickly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops.
They sent the part I needed and explained what to do in a way that was easy to follow. The machine is working again now, so I’m glad I reached out instead of putting it off. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I ordered this from avidarmor.com, and so far the sealer seems to work fine. I haven’t run into any major problems using it, and some parts do feel fairly solid. It definitely doesn’t come across as super cheap right out of the box, which I appreciated.
That said, for the price, I guess I was expecting the overall build to feel a bit nicer. A few of the plastic pieces seem kind of lightweight, and the lid doesn’t close quite as smoothly as I thought it might. It’s not bad by any means, but it’s not especially impressive either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Pretty much showed up when it should"
My order came on the day they said it would, which is always a good sign to me. Everything in the box was the right stuff, and the tracking worked fine enough that I wasn’t sitting there wondering where it went. Since there weren’t any delays or mix-ups, I guess that means the whole thing was handled well. I’m happy with it.

I bought a vacuum sealer from Avid Armor, and overall it works just fine. It seals well, feels sturdy, and does what I need it to do, so I don’t really have any complaints about the actual performance.
The main downside for me is the noise. It’s loud sitting on my counter, to the point where I wouldn’t want to run it late at night. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for the price, I expected it to be a little quieter

I have a small counter, and somehow this just works there. I was worried it would feel like one more thing in the way—because my kitchen already gets cluttered fast, but it doesn’t take up much space at all. Kind of one of those purchases you don’t think much about until you realize, oh, that actually fits exactly where I needed it

"I really wanted to have a good experience..."
I really wanted to have a good experience with Avid Armor, but the whole thing left me disappointed. At first, the product seemed fine, so I was hoping everything would work out.
After using it, though, I started having issues, and trying to get help was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The replies felt slow, and I kept having to follow up just to get anywhere, which got old really fast.
For what I paid, I expected better service and way less hassle. I also feel like some kind of apology would’ve been appropriate, because this wasn’t a great experience. Maybe other people had better luck, but I don’t see myself ordering again.

"Okay if you don’t mind regular upkeep"
I’d say it’s fine as long as you’re okay with staying on top of maintenance. The machine itself works well, so no complaints there. Cleaning the chamber is easy, and the parts are accessible enough. The only thing is that oil changes and checking the smaller stuff take a bit longer than I expected. It’s not a huge hassle, just not exactly super quick either.

Ordering on the site was straightforward, so that part was okay. The checkout did feel a bit slow though, and I was kind of annoyed that the updates weren’t clear or sent right away.
